I am sure no one in the plastic injection mold manufacturing industry across the world would like to loose their precious Production Time and keep on re-doing the tooling just because they purchased a sub-standard low quality injection mold from China. Everyone knows that co***rison of cost can be done only by ensuring that the quality is intact. Decreasing the Quality and doing FRAUD AND SCAM does not make China injection mold COMPETITIVE.
Globally people are now aware that more than 80 % Chinese Co***nies are good quality.
I have got at least 50 plastic injection molds made from China in 2014 but NO MORE.......I DO NOT AT ALL RECOMMENT TO GET IT FROM CHINA.... NO VALUE FOR MONEY...NO COMMITMENT....EXTREMELY LOW INTEGRITY...
It is a good lesson in this topic, may be we need to recheck whether our purchasing system is strict enough to prevent the purchasing of the inferior, whether our project management team is clearly enough of what the customer really want, whether our sales person tell our customer clearly what we will supply to him. |
